  My role as a office administrator, would include a diverse range of day to day tasks. Including reception, customer service and administration duties but also managing 10-15 rental properties and weekly hotel/Airbnb bookings. I was also managing all employees sign up process for Certificates 2, 3 and 4 within construction and also there up to date immunisation bookings. I also managed small but essential tasks, like timesheets, pay queries and the little things like start up employees - including having uniforms, laptops and all other equipment needed was ready for them to start.

  AWX Mount Isa Branch - August 2019 to October 2019 Before transferring offices and relocating back to Brisbane, I spent 3 months working in the AWX Mount Isa office, recruiting for Glencore. These roles, were green positions and also skilled roles however Mining recruitment included a strict process to ensure the candidates had all of the correct documentation, training and licenses to get onto a Mine site. It was my job to ensure this was correct and before they commenced work on site, which could take a few weeks to complete. AWX Brisbane Branch (Head Office) - October 2019 to July 2021Throughout my time working in the Brisbane office I recruited for FMCG, Civil Construction, Pre Cast, Warehousing and Logistics industries. It was a fast paced environment with a high demand for candidates, which allowed me to grow my knowledge across different industries and get to my candidates roles that aligned to there skills and experience.

  Recruiting for mining positions for Glencore, both Mt Isa Mines and George Fisher.I would be managing all site related documents, inductions, licensing for all new starters - this would be 2 week process of managing bookings. I would meet all new starters on site, take them to get the gear and introduce the to the superintendent on the first day of employment. Then continuing to support and manage candidates until then eventually went permanent with the client.
