Zika has been an incredible person to work with and watch grow over the past couple of years. Startups are tough. Startups with complex products are even more challenging. This didn't slow him down. Zika's ability to learn quickly and understand an evolving product and its technical details makes him a great SaaS project manager. His natural tendency to connect with and understand clients personally and professionally, makes him a great asset for any customer-facing role. He's also a great team player. He can often be found helping sales overcome an obstacle, enabling product with customer insights or helping his own CS colleagues with their challenges. With these skillsets, Zika will be an incredible asset to any Customer Success team and I am confident he will become a great leader.
