  IT Rig Support Dates d’emploi JUILLET 2022 – A CE MOMENT Lieu Smartest Information Solution RTOM Sonatrach Main responsibilities - Configure, maintenance, and deployment of WSDH ( Well Site Data Hub, a box that includes Laptop, Router, Switch, Access Point, Network Controller and UPS Responsible of collecting data from the well site and stream it to a regional server )configuration following RTOM procedure. -Real Time Data incident/problem Management: -Surveys data streaming highlighting any latency or issues related. -Data streaming issues investigation, diagnosis and root cause analysis. -Provision of workarounds to the Service Desk for problems and known errors in Network domain. -Update the Real Time Data incidents/problems tickets via the Ticketing System -Update the knowledge base in the Ticketing System for Real Time Data transmission best practices.  -Supply permanent technical support, by phone, e-mail, remote access, and arrange emergency rig visit when required. -Assists with the ongoing maintenance and upgrade of WSDH boxes.
