      At Cisco my responsibilities as a Program Manager include the management of various projects for the Networking Academy, a Cisco CSR program. • Instructor Training Program Together with the Instructor Training team, I am responsible for the management of Instructor Training Programs organized in the Europe North region for Cisco’s Networking Program. My responsibilities include organizing class environments, managing communication flows, processing class enrollments of a population of 300+ instructors and launching marketing campaigns. To market and promote the Instructor Training Program, I have introduced a novel marketing strategy by enabling localized video marketing campaigns for 10+ countries of the Europe North region. • Talent Program Together with the Cisco’s Networking Academy team in the Netherlands, I am responsible for the management of the Talent Program. The Talent Program is a unique program which offers talented students a challenging track to transition to the IT labour market. My responsibilities include the operational management of the program, talent sourcing, and deepening relationships with higher vocational educational institutions. • Account Management As a program manager I am also engaged in the management of Cisco’s Networking Academy account in the Netherlands. While managing an account of 50+ academies, I am also part of advisory boards for the IT educational track of various higher vocational educational institutions. • Online Presence Management & Marketing and Communication In collaboration with the ASC/ITC in the Netherlands and the local NetAcad team, I successfully launched www.netacad.nl, the channel to strengthen the local presence of the NetAcad program. I am also responsible for the creation, adaptation and localization of various marketing assets to serve our stakeholders. This includes a Video Brand Asset, Instructor Training marketing assets which have been localized in over 10+ languages for the Europe North region.
