  Nutrition Technologies manufacture and supply sustainable insect proteins, oils and frass to help feed the growing aquaculture, agriculture and animal feed industries around the world. Their core products derive from a nutrient recycling process that uses black soldier fly larvae to recover nutrients from vegetable and grain by-products. Coordinate the sales team, and will be responsible for identifying targets & building sales pipeline, meeting sales targets, developing existing customers, identifying new sales channels. You will work closely with the R&D and production teams, and will be expected to; manage the Sales Assistants, visit customers & attend events, prepare & give presentations and seminars. Promote and sell the Hi.Frass product which is a natural by-product of insect production, and is used as an organic fertilizer / compost / soil amendment. It is new to the market, so requires work with the R&D team, and extensive customer education. I will be fully responsible in developing & implementing a sales strategy for the Hi.Frass product, and meeting sales targets, building and following annual and quarterly activity plans for the sales team and identifying & developing sales channels, and building a pipeline, developing client relationships.
