During my work experience as an in-house legal trainee, I had the opportunity to work on Surety business. A business that is a first of its type in the GCC countries. I researched, reviewed, contrasted and reworded Personal Guarantee and Counter-Indemnity agreements. As well as attended meetings with various departments to discuss progress. In addition to that, I had the opportunity to conduct full research breakdown on Trademarks law, Bankruptcy and Insolvency laws and Registration procedures in all countries Trust Re operates in. The work was not limited to this, as I worked on the monthly legal magazine and annual legal calendar. As well as reviewed legal documents, such as contracts, annual agreements and CBB Reports amongst others. And worked on the Board of Directors minutes. This overall experience helped me gain numerous skills such as strategic planning, time management, teamwork, organization and communication amongst many others.

During my legal training at Huda Saad, I had the opportunity to translate contracts from English to Arabic and vise versa. As well as, writing faxes, filling out agendas and handling legal work in courtrooms. And shadowing lawyers to have an insight on how the legal system in Bahrain works. This opportunity enhanced my legal skills and knowledge, my management and communication skills. As well as my legal language in both Arabic and English.
