Working with the NTT Data UK in partnership with the NHS to learn about the infrastructure of the NHS and how different departments work together such as Project Management, Networking and Database Storage Management, as well as different software that is used for specific medical aspects such as NerveCentre, PACS and ICE. NTT Data mainly manages DATIX calls which are logged into LANDesk which allows thorough documentation of any issues that may occur.
