    • General Attendant
      • Dec 2016 - Mar 2017

My role as a General Attendant included greeting guests as they arrived at the hotel, serving them with food and drink and providing the best possible customer service. This role helped improve my communication and customer service skills as I was given the responsibility of being a customer's first impression of the hotel. Due to the nature of my shifts, I had to be flexible and manage my time efficiently to still prioritise my University studies. • Accounts/Receivable Payable Intern
      • Jul 2015 - Aug 2015

I relished the opportunity to interact with customers over the phone whilst working in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. During this time, I was required to use both business to business and business to consumer communication techniques to deliver the most effective work methods. After initial perseverance, I became increasingly aware of the types of questions asked of me and this assisted my development through my ability to listen and learn.
