Achievements: • Lean Transformation - I delivered high impact change as an internal consultant for the Leantransformation programme, delivering service and process improvements for 3 Kaizen improvement projects, including: Front Door Emergency Access, Medical Wards and Theatre Supplies. • Lean Accreditation - I have achieved accreditation as ‘Lean leader’ through the GE Healthcare Change Mastery Accreditation Programme (CMAP) through evidence based examinations. • Sharing best practice – Sharing success with HEAT 10 work streams with other NHS Board Areas, with recognition from the Scottish Government. Service Redesign - I led improvement events for the Rapid Response Service and led the development and implementation of action plans for service transformation. This included delivering organisational development for the team to embed a culture of continuous improvement. • Service Development - I led from concept analysis to an options paper for the 3 localities in Ayrshire. • Coaching and Training - I provided training for staff across all specialties in the application of Lean and improvement methodology.
