Zahra Golestanha joined WalkXR, an Unreal experience that enables community members to engage in immersive experiences, explore various states of mind, emotional expressions, aspirations, and collective hopes. Zahra held the role of an HXDI specialist and UX designer. She played a critical role in developing a prototype for the WalkXR museum, which The Verse utilized to test the concept of a digital health museum and assess the UX/UI. Zahra's ability to analyze information, evaluate technical considerations, and present her recommendations in a visually appealing manner left a lasting impression on me. Her initial concept design not only served as an inspiration but continues to drive our WalkXR product forward. We often work to consensus in our decision making and Zahra is skillful at finding ways to integrate the best ideas of all stakeholders into a concise vision. Ben Simon-Thomas

Zahra Golestanha is an excellent designer and researcher. I worked with her on her graduate thesis project. She developed a sophisticated mapping strategy for pedestrians on a university campus with specific attention given to dyslexics. The mapping strategy used an avatar to guide people to their destination thus eliminating barriers to navigation. Zahra won numerous university and research awards for this work. She is both talented and insightful. I highly recommend her and she would be an asset to any design and research team.
