Performing a Site Engineer and CQR role on the Smithfield Bypass Project located in Cairns, North Queensland. My roles consisted of; Procurement, Subcontractor Management, Quality Documenting and Checks, Tender Analysis, and other various engineer and administrative tasks associated with performing TMR civil construction contracts. For my 4th TMR contract I conducted a site engineer and CQR role on a 23km highway rehabilitation upgrade along the Landsborough Highway in Central Queensland. The role has offered me invaluable experience as I've been given a large amount of responsibility to aid in the delivery of the project with a small but highly effective team. The project is heavily orientated around formation earthworks and triple blend stabilisation. Due to contractual disagreements Spence Contracting decided to pull out of the project. Show less
