Core Engineer – Job Responsibilities • Mobile Network Fault Clear Code analysis from the MSS (Mobile switching System) and identifying the root cause for the critical clear codes and resolving or escalating to concern teams. • Resolving call establishment failure by taking network traces through the tools (Traffica Views & Traffica News) and analyzing the logs and taking respective actions to resolve the incident. • Resolving escalated and VIP customer complaints like coverage, call drop, Browsing, Roaming related issues.
