I nventory Planning & Control:• Item master creation of new items & extended description screen.• Preparation of purchase requisition for local & foreign items.• Monitoring of outstanding purchase requisitions and purchase orders.• Materials Replenishment report & decision of ROQ.• Review & segregation of Non-moving Inventories & understanding ABC Analysis of spares.Receiving & Issuing Material:• Checking Material Delivery specifications. Against PO for quantity and the value.• Preparation & Processing of Goods Arrival Report.• Issuance of materials to concerned Dept. / users.• Perpetual verification of transacted materials and each item stock balance.• Lifting and labeling of materials of newly received items.• Organizing, arranging stock yard materials, providing Article Numbers & amending location to match exactly against computer system locations.Studying the various Reports:• Monthly closing & Reconciliation Reports of receipts and issues.• Back dated posting of raw materials receipts and consumption during year end.• Quarterly Inventory Report group-wise.• Understanding the various Activity Keys and unit codes and each application through the system.• Understanding the Departmental cost center allocation throughout the company and report generation.• Annual stock Taking Report & Analysis.
