• Carried out fitness for service assessments on pressure containing equipment in accordance with API 579 Fitness for Service abiding to the ASME B31.3 & B31.8.• Built tailor made inspection databases to manage volumes of historical inspection data. Additionally, managing these databases ensuring live tablet inspections deliver accurate and consistent data for live engineering assessment.• Gained comprehensive understanding of industry recommended practices to analyse, evaluate, and monitor both static (pressure vessels, process piping including variety of valves, and larger storage tanks) and rotating equipment (pumps, heat exchangers) for continued reliable operation. • QA/QC – Ensuring compliance of work scope by developing ITP’s and ITR’s for site execution. Developed hydro-test waivers, flange torque sheets and work pack implementation procedures for various LNG refurbishment projects.• Reviewed refurbishment scopes across LNG trains to facilitate safe reliable and efficient operations - minimising the need for foreseeable outages. Involved gathering inconsistent maintenance campaign plans by all maintenance teams to align and establish defect response plans.• Highlight achievement; brought ‘new’ Quickflange technology by IAS group to KGP in 2017 removing the need for process shutdowns to carry out spool replacements for nonhazardous service lines. Sought technical approvals and deviations to bring new industrial practices onto the asset also facilitated successful verification of competence for our implementation contractors.• Highlight achievement; detailed thermal fatigue stress analysis report - incorporating all the defects/wall losses on all three LNG trains at KGP. Objective to ascertain location of high stress, the fatigue assessment extrapolated the fatigue life of regen lines based on available inspection data and aimed to provide maintenance strategies for operations.

Package Engineer - Worley, Pluto Gas Plant

• Project objective to address the ongoing performance issues of the Pluto Storage and Loading Flare system.• To restore the functionality of the flare system improving future reliability by installing a secondary ignition system and restoring the monitoring system with appropriate fit for purpose modification.• Chaired multi-discipline interactions to develop engineering deliverables, further on to coordinate and manage against international vendors from detailed design reviews through to procurement to delivery and installation.• Conducted vendor equipment manual reviews against Client specifications, raised deviations to meet client requirements prior to delivery of Flame Front Generator skid to Pluto Gas Plant.

Involved detailing a site assurance checklist to minimize intervention risk (corrosion disturbance risk) with a focus to improve efficiencies in execution.
