Merchant Processing • Check on documentations to complied with internal policy & BNM Matter. • Conducting through background checks as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process for both the merchant and individuals involved. This includes utilizing tools such as VMSS, VISA RSO, MASTERCARD MATCH and EXPERIAN to check for sanctions, politically exposed persons (PEPs), and negative hits. • Collaborating closely with internal teams, such as risk management, compliance, legal, and customer support, to ensure smooth operations and address any challenges related to merchant onboarding. • Screening merchants to identify if their directors are from high-risk countries or listed on fraud blacklists. • Conducting risk profiling of merchants to determine their risk levels and ensure compliance with our risk management protocols. • To prepare and issue Welcome Letter on approval merchant. • To meet the SLA of merchant processing. • Prepare IBG Listing to internal Finance Department on approved merchants. • Involve in project and special tasks that will be assigned from time to time which is Issuing project at Paydee Sdn Bhd. • Involve and attend training end-to-end project including participation in UAT (CARDZONE) with the end goal of delivering programs/initiatives to support the issuing and acquiring project before start productions. • Execute testing procedures on new implemented software on hardware or system (CARDZONE) to ensure a successful deployment of product specification for internal use and merchant before launching. Terminal Activation (After deployment). • Ensure to received documentations complied with internal policy & IPS matter. • Check on details programmed. • To activate merchant DTL in system – new merchant/new additional terminal setup.
