  I am now actively working as Senior Project Manager of a Gas Treatment Plant Project consists of fabrication and installation of 236.000 WDI piping, 4.300 Tons of steel structure and 7 numbers of storage tanks, and also 5.600 Tons of equipment installation. My scope of responsibility and duties are; • Carrying the responsibility of mobilization of site facilities such as warehouse, workshops, offices. • Coordination of multiple fabrication shops in overseas for steel structure and piping. • Calculation and selection of project technical equipment such as compressor with air dryer to dew point, generators based on foreseen energy consumption of units, welding machines etc. • Organizing and monitoring engineers for each discipline in order to maintain smooth flow of the Project. • Selection and management of sub-contractors on day-to-day basis for their progress and respecting contract obligations. • Attending daily/weekly meetings with client, sub-contractor and also organizing meetings with internal discipline engineers/superintendents. • Management of preparation of preliminary master test pack bundle, method statement of tank, steel structure and piping works and all mobilization and construction related documents. • Making sure the correct coordination is being established between construction, HSE, technical office and quality departments.
