      I this was a casual position. As head server I would work with agency staff on the trains and do from 10-17 hour shifts from when the train left depot to pick up the guests and travel to different places like Plymouth etc for the day. Whilst the guests where on the train we would serve breakfast/lunch/dinner and afternoon teas. We would have to manage quick turn arounds, drinks services and food services whilst the train is on route. My role was to ensure everything ran smooth, allergens were catered for, staff were correctly briefed and we were keeping good time keeping. Show less
