I worked with Zac across a variety of roles during his time at Concept. Zac understands what it takes to be successful at outbound B2B sales development. As a Sales Development Rep (SDR), Zac supported multiple clients helping to progress their target account lists into identified decision-makers and ultimately sales-ready appointments for their sales team. Following his time as an SDR, Zac was promoted to a Training position where he was responsible for the training and onboarding of new SDRs to Concept and training our client's sales teams on cold-calling and prospecting process and best practices.
