We followed a modified Kanban development strategy to provide prototype to our client usually in a 2-week cycle. Work in a small team that helps our client build their product. Being a technical co-founder, I also led and developed a few mobile apps like Who Can't Draw, Spanky Pigs and Tikam that have a combined download of 500K across iOS and Android. Targeting the mini-game industry, Tikam is an app that allows users to play games, earn points and redeem vouchers.
