I've had the pleasure of working in the same small group team with Zack in our MBA program at the University of Washington. His authenticity, empathy, and work ethic are optimal for leadership. He's been quick to take initiative on group projects and will volunteer for extra work to get it to the finish line. His organization and communication skills are excellent which has been invaluable to our team's success. I would highly recommend him for any position that requires leadership, process optimization, and team member development.

Zack and I have studied together in the MBA program in the same small group. There are so many great things to say about Zack, and I'd like to highlight a few. First, he is amazing to work with. Great collaborator, high emotional intelligence and empathy, and he always delivers his commitments on time and quality. Second, I think he is great at leading others. His background, multiplied by a willingness to constantly learn, combined with a natural ability to lead makes him a strong transformational leader. Lastly, I'd like to highlight his proactive position. Zack always demonstrates a desire to try new things, and it's a great combo with his ability to actually execute upon his commitments! Bottom line, I can't recommend Zack enough for any position that requires leading others directly or indirectly, constantly learning, improving processes and getting things done on time and on quality.
