Zack was born a leader. From the moment I started at FocusVision I could tell by his poise the type of leader and contributor he was and is. Truly a player-coach in everything he does and it didn't matter what team you were on or what your role was, he was there to support you in whatever capacity. You talk try to find people who are first genuine and caring individuals and second employees or co-workers and that is Zack. I am proud to say I got to work along side of Zack and learn from him.

He works well as a part of a team and is quickly viewed as a leader and the "Go To" person whether it be professionally or the need for a good laugh. He has always exhibited both superior interpersonal and communication skills and earned every opportunity to lead the charge on several different projects that required a high level of organization, data analysis as well as the ability to think on your feet and still acquire hard sales results. He is highly respected by colleagues, customers and management. When Zack left our company, we were all saddened to see him leave but wished him the greatest success with his new position. Based on my experience working with him, I can highly recommend him for any role that requires a positive outlook and dedication to a common goal.
