At LifeFuels I provided mechanical engineering support towards the development of a pre-revenue electromechanical consumer product. This included CAD design, fabrication of functional prototypes (machining, 3D printing, and resin casting), creation of test environments for concept validation, and DFMA. I also led the development of an automated fixture for high-cycle functionality testing, including mechanical design of the test fixture and Ruby-based control system.
