  I started at Alessio and Sons a few months after my sophomore year of college. I decided to take a year off of school to learn some industry knowledge, regarding civil engineering work and project management. I have learned how to analyze medium to large size Earthwork and Site Utility Jobs. Some other activities I do include contacting developers and engineers for information on jobs, pricing and ordering materials, and using accounting systems to log, change, and track various activities on jobs. I included a few of the jobs I have worked on since starting. I have now completed over 50 models, along with site utility quantities all in proper bid notation. I must use my knowledge of various labor crews in the company to formulate how jobs will be tackled. Show less
