My role was to train as a manager to oversee the store’s daily operations while keeping and open line of communication daily with the Store Manager and weekly with the District Manager. Responsibilities included an 8 week training session that encompassed learning about different principles of management, including: store operations, recruiting, diversity, creating the best in-store experience, human resources, stockroom systems, and visual merchandising.
