Zack has turned from a coworker to now a great friend. He is a pleasure to work with everyday. Always with a positive attitude and a desire to get the job done, and done well. Zack has a unique set of talents as he is both business and creative minded, a combination that is not seen very often. Zack is young, but that should not fool anyone, he has been thrown into a growing business, the experience he has gained has set him above many that older than him. Finally, Zack never thinks of himself as better than anyone else, he is constantly offering a helping hand and is willing to make your life a little easier without having any expectations in return.

Zach's drive and dedication can clearly be seen in his work. When I first met him, he was the Lead Intern during the 2015 YEBW summer programs. Today Zach is YEBW's Program Associate. This accomplishment shows just how dedicated Zach is not only to YEBW, but to any project, business and organization he is affiliated with. When Zach finds something that he is passionate about, he sticks with it to the end. Zach is the exact definition of being a leader. During my attendance at YEBW, I had always looked up to Zach. This was because he was very driven, professional and positive every time I had encountered him. He represented the type of person I wanted to be in the future. At the time, he seemed to be like any other adult volunteering their time to YEBW, only to soon find out that we were the same age. He is a great person to have around and will always be there in times of need.
