Operate and direct the implementation and operation of movements of a Positive Train Control (PTC)/ Automatic Train Control (ATC) system for a train fleet of 33 married pairs/66 cars, OCC train control CAD( Train Management Dispatch System), traction power ( Traction Power Management System), reporting (Assetworks), CCTV (NICE), PA/VMS (PENTA) and notification (Ready Op) systems. Ensuring the compliance of all FRA regulations under CFR 49 (Transportation 200-299). Emergency Drill Member, assisting in planning, coordination and participate in annual live DTO emergency drills, involving cities & towns and other outside agencies (RTD, Union Pacific, BNSF Railway and Denver International Airport).

  Performed duties as a Control Tower Supervisor supporting operations Enduring Freedom and Inherent Resolve. Provided service to US and foreign flying squadrons, while working alongside host nation controllers. Operated a vast array of air traffic equipment including; air-to-ground radios, land lines, inter-phones, radio telephones, intercom equipment (ETVS), Automated Traffic Information Service (ATIS), Automated Surface Observation System (ASOS) weather display, ILS, TACAN and FDIO. Provided Guidance and on the job training to military students and foreign controllers. Assisted aircraft in distress and emergency situations to ensure safe recovery of personnel and equipment. Examined and certified both military and civilian personnel as Control Tower Supervisors. Became the first U.S. Marine to be Certified on Isa Airbase Radar Approach, Departure/ Arrival Control. Coordinated and controlled aircraft within assigned approach control and special use airspace. Determined interval to be used between successive arriving and departing aircraft. When required, provided non-radar air traffic control service. Established arrival sequence of IFR aircraft conducting instrument or GCA controlled approaches in a clear, correct and concise manner using proper control techniques and separation standards. Provided ATC service in a complex airspace structure with varied terrain and special use airspace with security limitations. Conducted radar handoffs and transfer of control to the Approach Controller, Range Controller and adjacent ATC Centers. Provided pre-flight and in-flight assistance to pilots by formulating and issuing IFR clearances into and out of satellite airports. Provided liaison to multiple foreign government aircraft and local royalty.
