  Worked as a Student Mentor at Liberty University GenCyber camp. This camp was for students who wanted to experience cybersecurity to determine if Cyber is an interest. The week long camp ended with a competition of the Cyber team at Liberty competing in a real world scenario to get into the systems of the students. The following was completed during throughout the week: -Helped with the setup of Raspberry PI’s -Worked with the students to install Linux -Helped the students navigate Linux -Accompanied the students in understanding Windows security and firewalls -Helped the students understand Networking, OSI, Binary, Hex model -Worked with the students to understand different Linux commands within Ubuntu -Worked with the students to keep Linux safe and secure to prevent unwanted access -Assisted the students in playing Capture-The-Flag -Worked alongside students during the Cyber competition at the end of the week Show less
