Graham Carr
I have had the pleasure of working with Zack at Dept Agency. He has solid technical skills in many different areas but excels in .Net as well as having a vast awareness in many different content management systems such as Sitecore, Tridion, Umbraco, etc. He has the commitment and drive to succeed in everything that he does, and always ensures that meticulous detail and care is given to the work that he produces. He is also an excellent communicator and is able to talk on both a technical and non-technical level ensuring that what is being said is being understood by the relevant party. The skills are certainly there for him to continue with an excellent career progression and firmly believe that he will eventually move into a more senior technical architect role.

He is also particularly good in client facing situations, be that meetings, phone calls, presentations or training sessions.
