This duty included initiating first contact with patients after receiving the medical recommendations from in-network providers. Once contact was made, I scheduled a routine screening to verify the patient was a candidate for the treatment offered. I completed the entire admissions process with the incoming patients, as well as thorough and compassionate explanations of the treatment policies and procedures.
