  Launched and directed the first fully non-profit, multi-week Congressional debate camp in June/July of 2023. Recruited and onboarded 12 highly-accomplished instructors, building a staff with 100 combined Tournament of Champions bids. Provided ~500 hours of instruction through one-on-one sessions, mock rounds, office hours, and live lectures. Designed a price structure nearly 6x more affordable than our closest competitor and paid instructors the highest per-hour rate of any comparable program.

  Expanded Youth Voices' student roster to ~200 students across 50 schools and 12 US states. Launched slate of speech and debate courses. Netted over $200,000 in revenue; $3000 contributed to the International Rescue Committee in 2023. Led 4 free debate clinics in the Chicagoland area. Under my direction, YV has provided more than 1500 hours of instruction to-date. Under YV instruction, my students have championed the 2022 and 2023 Harvard Middle School Forensics Tournaments, the 2022 Middle School Tournament of Champions, and the 2023 NSDA Middle School National Tournament.
