I chose to open Custom Connections, Inc. in July of 2005 after receiving numerous calls from existing clients that they were no longer comfortable doing business with my employer due to some mistakes and bad decisions that had led to very poor customer service and satisfaction but if I would continue to service and install apart from my employer, they would keep me busy. I built the company from the ground up with the help of one of my previous managers.
