Followed by scheduling subcontractors.• Supervised subcontractors to ensure door, trim and division 10 production stayed on schedule.• Quality control over subcontractors to ensure production met standards and work was accepted by the general contractor.• Attended subcontractor meetings with general contractors to relay potential delays / schedule was on track.• Verified wall types were compliant with the scheduled door. Wrote RFIs to the architect for any discrepancies.• Utilizilized Procore to review drawings and utilized the observations feature to give the GC's a heads up of any potential delay issues. Example: rough openings framed wrong. Dropped pin on the drawings of the location for the general contractor to take care of.• Generated change orders. Estimated change orders using bluebeam to take of linear foot and sqft.• Forklift certified - unloaded material off semis.
