I started at Ilera as one of two Extraction Technicians. When I began, I assisted with the design and layout of the lab. This included equipment purchasing and installation, as well as developing SOPs. After the initial set-up, my day-to-day responsibilities included performing ethanol and supercritical CO2 extraction, maintaining SOPs, and performing equipment maintenance.
