Zach is a hard working, intelligent, driven employee. I worked with him at Apple where he was hired in as a Genius (a role usually promoted into from within) and quickly became a go-to for questions from both sales people and other technicians. His vast knowledge of computers and general technology, kindness, and sense of humor made him a valuable and welcomed asset to our team. Since both of our departure from Apple I have continued to be impressed by Zach's hard work and ability to take on more and more professional challenges. His ability to speak to people and desire to find the best solution in any situation is always evident. He consistently prioritizes his work and ongoing education and remains someone whose opinion I trust above most.
