Met regularly with contractors for bidding and estimates as well as setting up start dates for projects and punch lists for successful completion. Always the point of contact for contractors for projects. Responsible for programs "Green Initiative" that focused on ways the program could save resources both monetarily and environmentally. Responsible for assisting fleet supervisor with minor repairs to vehicles as well as helping transport vehicles to vendors for service and to pick up supplies and parts from vendors. During Covid-19 pandemic I’ve been in charge of the entire agency’s response to quarantined houses.
