~ Designed and implemented a Reception - Year 7 Physical Education Scope and Sequence, creating a pathway for students to move from Reception - Year 6 with the knowledge and abilities to transfer into a multitude of sports. Providing a base for planning and growth to extend and support all students within the program. ~ Developed and implemented assessment data accurately recording all marks and results for student assessment including the incorporation of self-assessment and student self-reflection. ~ Implemented Teaching Personal and Social Responsibility {TPSR}. This pedagogical approach includes giving students greater voice and choice, peer teaching, cooperative activities and allowing students to increasingly take responsibility for their learning and outcomes. ~ Increased the capacity for students to increase their own sense of responsibility for their learning outcomes, establishing high expectations to promote self-efficacy within the classroom, school environment and beyond.

~ Developed a School Sporting Vision for prospective families and current families to provide information identifying the opportunities offered and how we build capable athletes throughout our foundation, participation, performance approach. ~ Promoted mass participation in carnivals and enabled students to find their sporting niche. This was facilitated by outside of hours sporting opportunities for students and families to participate in prior to carnivals ~ Planned and coordinated School Sport SA events including AFL, ALFW, Basketball, Cricket, Mountain Biking, Netball and Swimming.~ Ensured optimal communication levels between students, staff, coaches and parents on sports scheduling and protocols.Established and Coordinated the Reception – Year 6 Aquatic Program~ Student participation tripled~ Advanced two divisions in SACPSSA Swimming Carnivals~ Increased water safety, confidence, and awareness around water~ Introduced a weeklong Surf Safety program for all Year 4 - 6 students run by Seacliff Surf Life Saving Club

The “I Am Worthmore Program has been designed as a mental health education and awareness program aimed at changing behavioural patterns in middle and secondary school children by educating them about the negative impacts of stigma and providing them with strategies to keep themselves and their friends and family mentally healthy. Students first hear from Luke McLean, the founder of I Am Worthmore who suffered with depression, anxiety and addiction for years whilst trying to solve all his own problems which made him feel alone, worthless and searching for a reason to live. By commencing the program with Luke's story attendees are given a lived experience perspective which shows what can happen when our mental health is left unattended. The attendees will also participate in an interactive session which will allow the students to discover key values as well as easy ways to implement positive mental health strategies into their own and the lives around them. This program encourages students to become more grateful, mindful, compassionate & kind.
