  Was a team member of the Procurement department. Was in charge of all Shipping and Receiving operations, staging and organization of service parts and larger projects, and for a period of time was also over Facilities management for the Main Office and Ops Center. For shipping and receiving operations became fluent in UPS Worldship, Optsy (field management ERP), and Salesforce CRM functions. Time management was crucial and would look for ways to increase system efficiency and reduce redundant tasks. Also aimed to use strategic shipping methods so that shipments would arrive the day before or of the tech arriving on-site to perform the job. Also assisted in a system/organizational renovation of the warehouse designed to increase efficiency. Also performed standard warehouse duties including but not limited to stocking, forklift and pallet jack operations, large dumpster management, and strapping freight to trailers for transport. While briefly in charge of Facilities management for 4 months, would coordinate with our cleaning company on supplies and scheduling; research and call specialist companies for roof, HVAC, and plumbing needs; perform maintenance where applicable such as changing out light bulbs; and performing an evening sweep and trash take out for the warehouse.
