I have an emphasis in seeing pediatric patients, patients with anterior and posterior segment disease, and patients with neuro-ophthalmic problems. In my other position, I oversee and manage the IT infrastructure for our three permanent and 15 satellite locations (including severs, most of which are virtualized using ESX). Additionally, I study extensively the third party payor system along with EHR Incentives, PQRS, and e-prescribing to be knowledgeable in it's implementation in the practice.

  Lead crews on backpacking trips in the Sangre de Cristo mountains of Northeastern New Mexico. Our goal was to teach safety and environmentally-friendly concepts to the participants. With this group, we acted as the adult leadership for an entire week with the crew. Crews consisted of participants from all different areas of the U.S.
