Zachary is a close and respected friend of mine, who has helped me through various hurdles in my academic career. He has pays great attention to detail, has the ability to provide constructive criticism and is excellent at transferring knowledge, which I have experienced first hand. Zachary has great working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and is quick to learn required skills. Despite studying a different discipline to myself at undergraduate, he provided high levels of feedback as both a friend and a mentor to my academic submissions during my proof reading process. He is an approachable individual with great communication skills, empathy and team work. If I was asked personally if I would recruit him to work within my organisation, I would whole-heartedly say yes due to his skill and reliability.

While working on the MIP 2019 release, I also assisted other statisticians with their publications, e.g. Tenure and Households, 2016-2019.• Showcased outstanding levels of Continuous Professional Development. While working for the CSO, I also studied a PgCert in Data Science, in addition to ongoing training and development courses offered by the CSO. Show less

At Citywise Education, I taught multiple classes at both junior and senior cycle level. I motivated and encouraged students to participate in class, and aided them in reaching their full potential. I also worked with students with problems outside the scope of their respective courses which proved to be of interest to students. During my free time, I would also assist students outside of classes. At Citywise Education, I taught multiple classes at both junior and senior cycle level. As part of my course in Maynooth University I undertook an 8 month teaching placement in a secondary school, where I observed lessons and assisted teachers in class for the first 8 weeks of placement, and then taught mathematics and science lessons to junior cycle students. To further improve communication with students I also designed a website on Weebly for students to check what their homework was, and to access additional resources which proved interesting and beneficial for students.
