Through the Hawaii Space Grant Consortium, I received $9000 in support for my project Dispersal of Volcanic Ash on Mars: Ash Particle Shape Analysis. My project focused on shape analysis of volcanic ash particles to help create dispersal models to determine how certain areas of Mars surface were formed.
