I worked on building a grant template and application for the West Virginia Oral Disease Prevention Project. I based the grant application off of the original document provided by my supervisor and added/subtracted certain things to make the application easier to complete. The grant template gave the applicants a draft template on what an application for the Oral Disease Prevention Program should look like, so that they could apply by filling in their information similar to how the template was made.
