The goal of the FTSR is to provide a safe, clean, organized, and efficient workplace for all Credit Union staff. General workplace duties as needed: • Practice good time management and organization with shifting priorities and responsibilities • Track facilities, IT, and storage tasks/issues and draft monthly progress reports • Promote a safe and healthy workplace culture through regular communication with coworkers and management • Uphold strong values and high standards to promote a comfortable and efficient workplace Facilities: • Address issues that arise during day-to-day operations • Communicate with business partners and vendors for any required services • Maintain relationships with business partners and vendors • Liaise between Credit Union management and vendors regarding maintenance and service projects • Regularly communicate with branch managers and promptly address any reported issues • Perform basic maintenance/inspection services as skill and knowledge permit • Schedule regular maintenance and inspections on facilities and equipment as needed • Procure equipment and supplies as needed Technology: • Manage and track all IT assets for all Credit Union branches • Address issues that arise during day-to-day operations • Ensure that all workstations are functioning as they should • Perform repairs on malfunctioning workstations as skill and knowledge permit • Communicate with coworkers and management to resolve ongoing IT issues • Coordinate with vendors for technological services and repairs • Procure equipment and peripherals as needed I perform all of the aforementioned duties for CalCom Federal Credit Union, but also in the same capacity as a consultant for Nikkei CU, Mabuhay CU, and Mattel FCU.
