Bio
Evan Schneider
Zach and I worked together directly within an engineering team of 5 individuals during our freshman year at UW-Madison. Our goal was to design a physical device that would limit the amount of salt and other contaminants that enter various rain gardens as runoff throughout the campus of UW-Madison. During our time working together, Zach led the team during the fabrication process, where he implemented prior knowledge of various fabrication techniques that were incredibly useful during the laser cutting process which allowed our team's ideas to become a tangible product. Additionally, Zach consistently demonstrated engineering professionalism by keeping our team on track and providing constructive feedback, all while listening to and providing his own ideas to the team during all aspects of the design process.
