My primary role is to use Revit Structure to coordinate and develop projects with architects, engineers, and building owners. For complicated industrial renovation & addition projects, we utilize laser scans (point clouds) to engineer and design structures that required very high accuracy of coordination with existing conditions. I also developed proprietary Revit families, custom content, and project templates for clients who are interested in implementing Revit into their workflow. My position tasks me as an architectural project designer and CAD manager. We utilize AutoCAD to generate construction documents for the retail, commercial, industrial, and educational industries. We specialized in the precast concrete industry, acting as the consulting engineers and designers for parking garages, office buildings, multi-family apartment complexes, and waste-water treatment facilities. I developed everything from the erection drawings to the individual piece details. I also served as the IT lead in our York office.
