Enquiry Management and Social Media Team
-
Sep 2022 - Present
With ROEV I manage all enquiries to the company, either from our website or direct emails, from which I either reply with any relevant information or re-assign it to the corresponding position. I have helped with Socials such as linked-in in both content creation and moderation, and hope to contribute to further channels as the company moves forward and prepares for the general public market. During this time I managed all social media channels for the AVANTS group. This included creating and maintaining posting schedules, content creation, as well as post and comment moderation. The main focus was on Instagram and Facebook where I helped grow the following from a little over 2000 followers to just over 8,000 followers. Throughout my position at the University Archeology Research lab I was responsible for managing 10’s of thousands of artifacts and recovered debris from Archeological digs at sites around the Pacific Northwest. Each and every piece had to be diligently inspected, sorted, and logged into our database before being stored accordingly. The work was very detail oriented and required great organizational skill.
