Zak Cox is quite frankly one of the best technical salespersons I have encountered. He not only has a deep understanding of the products he represents, but also almost uncanny skills in quickly comprehending _and_ communicating how the instrumentation can meet your application's needs. Furthermore, his level of customer service before, during, and after the sale is outstanding. From personal experience, I have observed Zak's support of legacy devices toward cultivating customer relationships that eventually culminate into new system delivery and installation. He most assuredly does not just walk away once the invoice is paid but continues to follow up to ensure the deployments proceed smoothly, thus encouraging the development of repeat business. All the while, he seems genuinely interested in his customers as people, not merely accounts to be managed.
