  Wake the Vote was an immersive civic engagement course that was a collaboration between WFU's Politics department, the former Pro Humanitate Institute, and the Anna Julia Cooper Center. The course immersed students from all across the political spectrum in electoral politics. As a cohort students volunteered on campaigns, traveled to key political events, and maintained an online platform that allowed for critical engagement of the 2016 and 2018 elections.
