I had the pleasure of managing Zach as a marketing intern for several summers and then later as a marketing specialist at KnowledgeAdvisors. From the time he joined KnowledgeAdvisors, he demonstrated an unparalleled commitment to delivering upon his manager's expectations, an intense desire to learn, and an ability to introduce new ways for our organization to come across as a polished player in the Learning & Analytics space. Overall, Zach is a dedicated and passionate marketer who is adept at strategic planning + tactical tasks. From lead generation activities to customer communications to organizing our fairly massive annual Symposium, he has generated tangible results! I transitioned many of my event management responsibilities to Zach. He managed the set-up, registration and logistics behind our briefings, webinars and User Groups. I was particularly impressed by his ability to oversee and project manage our Symposium (a 3 day, 300+ customers driven conference that was held annually). He handled multiple aspects of the Symposium ranging from registration reports, external emails, mobile app creation, website creation, sponsor communications, speaker bio + headshot management etc. Zach has strong analytical skills and helped build out Salesforce campaign reporting and quarterly marketing scorecards that tied our marketing leads back to sales opportunities. He went on to calculate our marketing funnel conversion rates, build out an annual dashboard and present our results to the leadership team which were very well received. I strongly Zach to any organization looking for true marketing talent! He was a true asset and I am certain that no matter where he goes and what he does, he will embody the characteristics of a future leader.
