  Skills I have acquired: Learned to use WASP Asset Cloud in order to track and document all our devices into one cloud base Database system. This entailed providing asset tags to each device, descriptions, and assigning them to their respected employees. As well as keeping a log of each employees devices with bar codes attached to them Worked with Newforma Project Center to rename/re-path files as well as retrieving archived files and opening them. Put together various PC's for employees, as well as did troubleshooting on PC's that were having hardware issues, software issues, or active directory issues. Fixed and installed printers throughout the office. This entailed changing the parts, clearing jams, inserting new paper, and replacing the toner. Used windows registry to delete old users as well as fixing registry issues. Used GoTo Assist to remote into employee's computers to help solve issues they were having or install programs onto their PC. Developed a custom Windows 10 Pro operating system to streamline the setup of new PCs. This OS was designed around frequent software the company uses. This custom OS also included all windows updates up to when the custom OS was created, including the big Feature Update pushed out in the Fall. This all installs automatically when booted from USB without needing to touch anything. It sets up our default account along with all the programs and updates related to the company. This is done in about 20 minutes with a spinning disk and about 10 minutes on a Solid State Drive. This has dramatically reduced the time to setup a PC. There is still some customization needed afterwards to setup the user profile but a vast majority of what is needed is installed automatically. Show less
