This senior level role includes the engagement during the sales process, on-boarding and training of a new client, and ongoing support as needed. Engage with new sales leads to understand their specific needs and if SubItUp is the right fit for their needs. Client Messaging – own creation (including external writers) to create messages and track effectiveness in order to support overall communication strategy. Partner with the technical team on any engineering needs or requests (such as custom reporting, API’s, functionality, etc.) Oversee the full training process and follow up with the customer to understand their level of product knowledge – provide further assistance if needed. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's issue; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. Provide a clear voice to the customer base through details including data and specific conversations. Responsible for team members focused on on-boarding, training, customer service, support and retention. Support team members by coaching, training, growing, providing consistent communication to ensure a positive, efficient work environment.

Lead product demonstrations and translates features into compelling customer benefits. Ensure the right people at the client are involved in the selection and future implementation of the product. If there are concerns about the capabilities of the customer, engage with leadership to make a decision on a need to escalate or cease the engagement. Recommend potential up-sell and/or organic growth opportunities with existing customers to Sales team. Customer Success & Product Management Deliver standardized and custom on-boarding and training to all end user types. Provide continual evaluation of methods to improve on-boarding, training and implementation operations. Contribute to the development of and management of digital content for educational purposes. Work with leadership to collect customer feedback and analyze needs to propose product enhancements, modifications and recommend new product features. Conduct software testing to identify errors, gaps or missing requirements prior to deployment. Assist with customer support team as needed with tickets to resolve customer issues/questions. Assess, keep track, and report any recurring customer and/or system issues to management team.
